Resetting My Brain
I won't know anything until Monday, and even if I get in, there will be the matter of getting there.
I do have a backup plan: Sonography through at community college in Virginia. I even have family there who will let me crash in their spare bed. I'm signed up for the college-ready course (which is hilarious since I've taken more college courses than I'm willing to admit to). Nonetheless, in the pre-lesson, the teacher mentioned a library. After a quick search, it's become clear that there are ARCHAEOLOGY BOOKS IN THE LIBRARY!!! If I don't get in the program this year, I will be studying up and getting digs in when it becomes doable again.
Also, I'm getting 2 books on Archaeology Theory in about a week, so between the two, hopefully I can write some kind of not-too-embarrassing post about it that makes it look like I know what I'm talking about.
